What items can be returned?
Returns are only allowed if the items are post marked for return within five days of you recieving them. Must be in new condition, tags intact, no odors, stains, etc. No returns will be accpeted if the item(s) has/have been worn or washed. All returns (shipping & local pick-up) should have the packing slip or they will not be processed.
What items can't be returned?
You can not return any items that have not been post marked for return within five days of recieving them, any sale items, promotional items, pre-orders, or damaged items not due to our error. This includes defective items. Please check your order for errors or defects within the allotted 5 days to recieve store credit.
Are returns free?
Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you are shipping a order over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service. As we can not guarentee we will recieve your returned items.
Do I offer refunds?
We do not offer exchanges or cash/card refunds. To make it easy, once we receive your return, we inspect it and issue an account (store) credit to be used on your next purchase. If you return an item purchased with Sezzle we will give you store credit. We do not return or cancel Sezzle orders. You will still be responsible for paying your Sezzle payments.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days to process your return for store credit. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file.

Our 5 day return policy remains the same for in store pickup. You have 5 days from the day you pick up to make a return. **If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks, the return period will then become ! Thank you for your understanding.
